No. Lucky 7 Downloads LLC has legally licensed the music available on this site and has resale rights to it.
No, but if you do not register as a user, you will not be able to come back later to review your orders. Even if you don't register as a user, you will still have the opportunity to have your download links emailed to you, but if you choose not to do that or lose the email, you're out of luck.
No problem. Just use no-reply@Lucky7Downloads.com for the email address and then place your order. You will be then be shown an "Order Details" screen where you can immediately download your music. Be aware that if you don't give us your email address, once you leave the site, you will have no way to download your music. Get it while it's hot!
When you register as a user, the system will send you an email with a randomly assigned password. This email will come from noreply@lucky7downloads,com and if you think you haven't received it, please check your spam or junk folder in your email tool. Some tools/services are more restrictive than others, and we cannot be responsible for email services filtering or not delivering password emails.
Yes. After logging in to the system, click on the "Account details" link on your Dashboard. The bottom section on that screen has an area where you can change your password. Note that you will need your current password in order to set a new password. We recommend using non-trivial passwords containing a mix of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and special characters. Lucky 7 Downloads LLC cannot be responsible for security breaches related to users setting insecure passwords.
Go to the 'My Account' page and click on the "Lost your password?" link underneath the LOGIN button. Enter your email address and click the "RESET PASSWORD" button and you will be sent an email containing a password reset link.
There can be a number of reasons why your Gift Certificate code didn't work:
1. Check to be sure that you entered the code correctly. Pay special attention to the difference between letter "B" and numeral "8".
2. Was the code already used? Look for a "Gift code already applied" message.
3. If you believe that your code was entered correctly and has not already been used, please take it up with the staff at your point of purchase.
